Get Attention Faster

Develop the messages that will create an emotional response from your target audience. Good messaging drives great design. Make sure the content and design of your marketing campaigns and initiatives are consistent, true to your brand, and relevant to the audience and markets you are targeting.

Lastly, give everyone a playbook so your entire team, from executives to sales to customer service, are repeating the messages conveyed in your marketing. That kind of consistency has an unbelievably powerful effect and will result in a blow to the competition too!

  1. Questionnaire & Discovery

We start any messaging exercise with a questionnaire for you and your key executives and customer facing employees. The questionnaire asks many questions about the intent of your brand, your unique differentiation, value proposition, products and services and more. At the same time, we give you a list of items we’d like to review while you are completing our survey.

  2. Review & Validation

We put together an interactive document based on your responses and our discovery work. We will review our understanding with your stakeholders, giving them the opportunity to expand on key concepts, ask questions, provide feedback and more. We can do this exercise as a half-day in-person workshop or in a series of three 90-minute interactive conference calls.

  3. Approval of Messaging Inputs

We’ll finalize the documentation used during the Review & Validation stage and ask you to secure approval on the key inputs we’ll be using to develop your messaging playbook. Once approved we’ll start your first draft.

  4. Initial Draft

Our team will send you the initial draft of your Messaging Playbook which will follow a standard structure (get sample Table of Contents here.) We’ll ask for your edits and feedback and schedule a call if needed to review any specific points or areas that need further discussion.

  5. Second Draft

Once you’ve provided your final collective feedback on the first draft, the WPWizard team will get to work integrating your feedback and product a second draft.

  6. Final Playbook

Your team will have one last opportunity to provide edits or suggestions. After we receive your final comments, we’ll prepare your completed Messaging Playbook and deliver it to you in an editable format along with our recommended action plan for keeping it current and explanatory content for new readers.
